DIAL: Excellent (no hairlines). HANDS: Minute a bit short. MOVEMENT PLATES: Scratches on plate; Balance cock with solder residue; Specks of dirt / dust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Not running, will tick with pressure on fusee.
